We wanted to have longer views of the badgers feeding at Yew View, so set up a feeding station where they were coming to a low bird feeder. We later removed the feeder as they spent too much time here and we felt it affected natural foraging behaviour. Now, a small amount of food is spread there each night. Not only are we getting excellent view of the badgers, but also of other species visiting the area. Species include badgers, foxes, wood mice, rats and a variety of birds.

This playlist show a selections of videos captured from the badger feeding station. We are using a new HD Vivotek camera with intelligent IR. This means the quality at night is particularly good.
